Our professional faculty members are highly qualified early childhood educators with extensive training and experience.

• Lead Teachers must have a degree in Early Childhood Education or its equivalent in a combination of training and experience.
• Teacher assistants must posses a Child Development Associate or similar credential or be in pursuit of such a credential.

Currently, all teachers on staff are Lead Teachers. Collectively, they have over 50 years of early childhood education experience. Over 50% of our current staff were at one time parents in the program.
