The UUEEC Preschool provides child centered developmentally appropriate early childhood experiences to families with children ages 2-5 years old. Our program is committed to building garden of learners that includes children and their families. Our experienced, highly qualified staff of early educators creates wonderful learning environments for young children that celebrate each developmental stage. However, our work doesn’t end there. As a Parent Participation Preschool we are equally committed to supporting and guiding parents in the evolution of their parenting skills.

Core Program Descriptions

Two’s Toddler Program

• For 13 children two years of age by September 1st.
• Meets Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
• 2 Professional Early Educators; Child/Professional Staff Ratio 1:7
• Parents Coop biweekly; Child/Adult Ratio 1:4
• Tuition $215/month

Three’s Preschool Program

• For 17 children three years of age by September 1st.
• Meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
• 2 Professional Early Educators; Child/Professional Staff Ratio 1:9
• Parents Coop biweekly; Child/Adult Ratio 1:5
• Music and Spanish offered as part of curriculum
• Tuition $300/month

Pre-Kindergarten Program

• For 18 children four years of age by September 1st.
• Meets Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
• 2 Professional Early Educators; Child/Professional Staff Ratio 1:9
• Parents Coop biweekly; Child/Adult Ratio 1:5
• Music and Spanish offered as part of curriculum
• Tuition $395/month

Lunch Bunch

• Three’s and Pre-K’s (Mon, Wed),  Two’s and Pre-K’s (Tue, Thu),  Pre-K’s (Fri)
• Hours are from 11:30 to 2:30; children are responsible for bringing their own lunch.
• Drop-ins for Lunch Bunch are possible if there is available space on the day requested. Drop-ins must be requested and approved 24 hours in advance by a teacher or the director. The drop-in fee is $25 per day.
• Children may participate in Lunch Bunch during scheduled Parent Meetings for only the duration of the parent meeting for a fee of $80 per family per year.

Policies

• Partial scholarships are available on a limited basis; please contact the Director for more information.
• Monthly fees are due by the first of each month and late by the 15th of the month. Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee unless arrangements are made with the Director.
• Tuition is paid for a full month regardless of absences or vacation days.
• Tuition for September and May is paid at the time of enrollment.
• Lunch Bunch commitment is per semester.
• Withdrawal requires 30 days written notice, during which time the family will fulfill all regular responsibilities. All non-refundable deposits and tuition, as identified above, will not be refunded.
